What Causes A High Acid Condition in the Body?

Meat, liquor, coffee,

soft drinks (including Gatorade),

bread, processed foods and preservatives are all acidic.

Most fresh fruits and vegetables are all

alkaline like the car-

rots, celery and ba-

nana in the bag above.

When babies are born, they are all naturally alkaline; but the con-sumption of too many acidic foods gradually changes the body to acidic over time.

It could be said we are water-beings as our bodies are actually made of 70-80% water.  Babies are even more watery than their adult parents. That’s why everyone wants baby-soft skin because it’s hydrated at a level of about 90% water. They are also in a natural state of alkalinity.
